00 — Overview
The Driven Leads
Brand Guide
The single source of truth for how Driven Leads looks, sounds, and sells — built for our team, freelancers, vendors, and the AI tools that write in our name.
01 — Logo
The Logo System
The Driven Leads wordmark sets "Driven" in black (or white on dark backgrounds) and "Leads" in Driven Red, wrapped in the oval swoosh — the upper arc in black or white, the lower arc in red — conveying motion, momentum, and forward drive. Always maintain clear space equal to the height of the letter "D" on all four sides.

Full Color — Black
The default mark for light backgrounds, print, proposals, and presentations.

White Only — Dark Use

Download PNGLogo Do's
- Use the white variant on dark backgrounds and the black variant on light backgrounds.
- Maintain clear space equal to the height of the "D" on all four sides.
- Use high-resolution files for print and large-format work.
- Use the DL lettermark for favicons, social icons, and small spaces.
Logo Don'ts
- Do not stretch, skew, or distort the logo.
- Do not change the logo colors outside the approved palette.
- Do not place the black logo on dark backgrounds.
- Do not add drop shadows, outlines, or effects.
- Do not use low-resolution versions for print.
02 — Color Palette
Bold. High Contrast. Professional.
The palette is anchored by black, red, and white. Red punctuates — it never overwhelms. Click any swatch to copy its hex code.

Secondary Colors
Color Usage
| Element | Color | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Dark theme background (slides, digital) | Driven Black #0A0A0A / Charcoal #1A1A1A | Preferred theme for slides and digital — pair with white text and red accents. |
| Light theme background (PDFs, documents) | Pure White #FFFFFF | Preferred for documents — pair with black text and red accents. |
| Headlines & titles | White (on dark) / Black (on light) | Barlow Condensed Bold; large and confident. |
| CTAs, dividers, key data points | Driven Red #C3111E | Accent only. Red punctuates — never use it as a large background fill. |
| Body text on dark | Light Gray #E1E1E1 | Comfortable reading contrast on black or charcoal. |
| Captions & footnotes | Mid Gray #4B4B4B | Secondary information only; never for primary copy. |
| Hover states | Red Dark #8B0000 | Deep accent for interactive states and pressed buttons. |
03 — Typography
Type That Commands Attention
Two typefaces carry the entire brand: Barlow Condensed Bold for display and headlines, Inter for body copy and labels. Both are free on Google Fonts — no licensing, no excuses for off-brand type.
Display / Headlines
Weights 600–800. Used for H1–H3, hero headlines, stats, and data callouts. Fallback: Oswald Bold, Impact.
Body / Captions
Regular 400 for body text, Medium 500 for captions and labels. Fallback: Open Sans, Arial, Helvetica.
Type Specimens
Typography Do's
- Set headlines large, bold, and uppercase in Barlow Condensed.
- Keep headlines short, punchy, and benefit-driven — 8 to 10 words max.
- Make numbers the hero: stats at 48–72pt in Red or White.
- Load both families from Google Fonts with the listed fallbacks.
- Maintain a strong hierarchy: one H1 per view, clear H2/H3 steps.
Typography Don'ts
- Don't substitute decorative, script, or trendy display fonts.
- Don't set long body copy in Barlow Condensed — it is for headlines.
- Don't use more than the two brand families in a single asset.
- Don't set text-heavy walls — one key idea per slide or block.
- Don't use low-contrast type; body text must pass contrast checks.
.woff2 and .woff files in a /fonts/ directory with matching @font-face declarations; the fallback stack (Oswald/Impact, Open Sans/Arial) renders until they load.04 — Voice & Tone
Direct. Confident. Zero Hype.
Driven Leads sounds like a true authority with years of experience to show — bottom line first, proof always, hype never. If the brand were a person, it would be the plain-spoken expert who respects your time and backs every claim with a client result.
Direct
Bottom line first. No fluff, no filler, no dancing around the point.
Confident
A true authority since 2008. We speak from experience, not theory.
Zero Hype
No predictions, no grandiose promises, no guarantees we can't track.
Proof-Led
We lead with real client results, comparing prospects to clients with a similar business DNA.
What We Say vs. What We Avoid
What We Say
- "We get your phone ringing and your inbox filling with clients that actually want to communicate."
- "You will always know where every single lead came from."
- "Paid ads done wrong are the most expensive — do them the right way."
- "The leads you generate in the winter buy in the summer."
- "If our marketing doesn't work for you, you shouldn't work with us."
- Buyer leads, seller leads, closed deals, sides, SOI, ROI, omnipresence, traffic hijacking, dominate your market.
What We Avoid
- "Top of Google results" — the burned-out promise every prospect has stopped believing.
- "Guaranteed leads" / "Guaranteed seller leads."
- "AI-filtered leads" and other empty buzzwords.
- Hype, jargon, fluff, vague promises, and "synergy."
- Predictions and grandiose promises of any kind.
- Anything that sounds like every other agency.

Who We Do Our Best Work With
Every word we publish is aimed at one person. This is that person.

What They've Tried Before
| What They Tried | Why They Tried It | Why It Failed |
|---|---|---|
| Generic marketing agency | Wanted to delegate marketing to pros | No industry specialization — generic campaigns that did not convert. |
| Local marketing firm | Wanted to shop local | Zero real estate marketing experience; no leads, and it cost more than they expected. |
| IDX all-in-one solution | Wanted website, CRM, and marketing in one place | One of 500+ clients — no focus, no care, no communication. |
| Social media marketing agency | Wanted cheap leads to feed their agents | Lowest-quality leads: nobody answers the phone, nobody admits they filled out a form. |
Core Objections — and Our Honest Answers
| Objection | The Driven Leads Answer |
|---|---|
| "I've been burned before." | It's time you work with a true marketing partner that focuses on your ROI. |
| "We don't need marketing year round." | The leads you generate in the winter buy in the summer — it's a 12-month cycle that never sleeps. |
| "Paid ads are expensive and never work." | Paid ads done wrong are the most expensive. You should try doing them the right way. |
| "Can I really trust another agency?" | You can trust an agency that communicates and doesn't lock you into long, expensive contracts. |
Who We Do NOT Serve
06 — Core Messaging
What We Stand For
Positioning Statement
Driven Leads is the digital marketing partner for residential real estate team leaders and broker owners who are done gambling on generic agencies. Since 2008, we have focused exclusively on real estate lead generation — Google Ads, YouTube, Local Service Ads, and Meta remarketing — with full transparency on where every dollar is spent and where the ROI comes from. No contracts, no setup fees, no hype: consistent, high-quality leads and the tracking to prove it.
Mission Statement
Our Commitment
Live results where you don't pay us. If our marketing doesn't work for you, then you shouldn't work with us. We care about your tracking and your ROI — everything else is just vanity.

The Three Uniques
Every Platform, Managed
We manage all digital platforms to ensure every dollar of spend is used to the best of its ability.
Full Transparency
You know where every dollar is spent and exactly where the ROI comes from. No black boxes.
No Contracts, No Setup Fees
Month to month — we work hard for our clients every single day and earn the renewal.
The Growth Model: Driven Listings
Driven Listings gets your listings seen on every digital platform and drives leads to your site. The system runs in three steps:
Drive
Drive quality leads through Google Ads, YouTube, Local Service Ads, and Meta.
Maximize
Maximize leads with a proven remarketing and retargeting solution.
Optimize
Optimize ROI with monthly strategy sessions, dashboards, cost per lead, and scaling what works.
The Contrarian Belief
Proof That Backs It Up
The Novak Team
79 deals in year one. Still working together after 9 years, averaging $100M in annual sales.
Kyle Chernetsky · C2 Realty
From 5 agents to 90+ and growing, with 185% ROI after agent splits.
Whissel-Beer Team
#5 nationwide via RealTrends and #1 team in the world for eXp Realty 2024 & 2025.
07 — StoryBrand Framework
The Client Is the Hero. We Are the Guide.
Every piece of Driven Leads messaging follows this narrative arc. Use it to structure ads, landing pages, emails, and sales conversations.
A Team Leader Who Wants to Win
A residential real estate team leader or broker owner with 3–30+ agents and $1M–$10M in GCI. Profitable, numbers-driven, and ready to grow — but stuck relying on SOI and referrals while competitors dominate Google and Local Service Ads.
Leads They Can't Count On
Low-quality Google leads, wasted ad spend in Meta, no real presence on AI, local search, or YouTube, and month-to-month inconsistency in lead quality and volume.
Skeptical and Burned
They are skeptical of every solution they encounter. They want to know what makes us different. They're doubtful it will work but willing to take a shot — too many times they've invested in solutions that just don't work.
The Best Agent Should Win
The most professional and best agent should win the deals. A bigger budget or being plastered everywhere shouldn't make your name the first one everybody sees. Reputation should matter on all platforms.
We've Been in Your Market
We specialize exclusively in residential real estate. We've been doing this since 2008 — through the ups, the downs, and the wild market swings. We understand the industry as a consumer, not only as an agent.
Since 2008, Real Estate Only
Solely focused on real estate leads for real estate agents since 2008, with clients that have been with us since the beginning and a roster that includes several of the top teams in the country.
Three Steps. Zero Guesswork.
1. Drive quality leads through Google Ads, YouTube, LSA, and Meta. 2. Maximize leads with a proven remarketing and retargeting solution. 3. Optimize ROI with monthly strategy sessions, dashboards, cost per lead, and scaling what works.

Top of Google. Top of LSA. Top of Market.
Consistent high-quality leads when, where, and how you want them, clear ROI on every channel, peace of mind, and the freedom to focus on running the company.
What Doing Nothing Costs
Losing agents to competitors that feed them higher-quality, consistent leads. Spending money on marketing that never tracks ROI and keeps delivering the same unpredictable results. Wasting money again with nothing to show for it — staying invisible while competitors take their customers, stuck in the same position and unable to grow.
08 — Calls to Action
One Clear Next Step
Confusion is the enemy of action. Every asset carries one primary call to action and, for prospects who aren't ready, an easy transitional yes.
Book a Zoom strategy session with one of our sales team members. Direct, specific, and low-friction — this is the main next step on every page, ad, and email.

CTA Principles
| Principle | What It Means for Driven Leads |
|---|---|
| Be specific | "Schedule a Zoom strategy session" — never a vague "learn more" or "get started." |
| Reduce friction | Offer the free GBP audit and YouTube content as easy first yeses for prospects not ready to book. |
| Avoid hype | No "guaranteed leads," no "top of Google." The CTA promises a conversation and a plan, not magic. |
| Match the stage | Cold traffic gets the audit or videos; warm, problem-aware prospects get the strategy session. |
09 — Brand Don'ts
Never. Not Once. Not Ever.
These are firm rules derived from our voice, our words-to-avoid, and the dead language our prospects have stopped believing. Break one and you sound like every agency that burned them.
✕No Dead Promises
Never promise "top of Google results," "guaranteed leads," or "guaranteed seller leads." Our prospects have heard them all — and stopped believing.
✕No Buzzwords
Never pitch "AI-filtered leads," "synergy," or any burned-out industry buzzword. Plain language wins.
✕No Hype, Jargon, or Fluff
No vague promises, no filler, nothing that sounds like every other agency. Bottom line first, always.
✕No Predictions
Never make predictions or grandiose promises. Lead with real-world examples, comparing prospects to current clients with a similar business DNA.
✕No Passive or Casual Voice
Never use passive language or an overly casual tone. The brand is a confident authority — it speaks directly and respects the reader's time.
✕No Vanity Metrics
Never celebrate flashy lead counts or low cost per lead with zero ROI behind them. Tracking and ROI matter — everything else is vanity.
✕No Lock-In
Never lock clients into long, expensive contracts or hide where their money goes. Month to month, full transparency — that is the brand.
✕No Off-Brand Visuals
Never use red as a large background fill, place the black logo on dark backgrounds, distort the logo, or swap in off-brand fonts.
